Staying well during isolation - a series of tips to help look after your wellbeing

While we're all in isolation it's important that we look after our emotional and physical wellbeing over the coming weeks and months.

GDA has put together a series of quick tips in British Sign Language (BSL) to help deaf and hard of hearing people during this time.

We'll be sharing them at 10am each morning for the next few weeks on our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages, so keep posted for the first one coming on Wednesday 1st April.
