Amelia learns 100 signs and raises over £200 for GDA
Back in September GDA supporter, 7 year old Amelia, decided that she wanted to take on a challenge for GDA.
After being inspired by her mum, who used some British Sign Language (BSL) with her students, Amelia decided to learn 100 BSL signs to raise money.
Over the last few weeks, Amelia has been steadily learning new signs every day, from numbers and the alphabet, to signs about the weather and feelings. Amelia even managed to sneak in an interview with BBC Radio Gloucestershire about her challenge!
After hours and hours of practice, Amelia has now completed her challenge and you can watch Amelia's compilation of 100 signs by clicking here.
A very huge well done and thank you Amelia for taking on such a wonderful challenge in aid of GDA.
